• Introduction

KLEENTEX is a family business owned and run by John and Pat Fossey. It was started in 1980 when we decided to set up our own business to clean textiles - hence KLEENTEX.

Over twenty five years the business has grown steadily. Thanks to a loyal clientele and their recommendations to friends and family, Kleentex is now well-established, with a strong inter-linked client base

• Our business

The business is geared specifically to the cleaning of carpets and furniture on site, the largest proportion of our work being for clients in their own homes.

"Hot water extraction" is the process used but this is commonly known as "steam cleaning".

The machines used are powerful, yet sufficiently portable to cope in all situations. Often, though, the machine can be sited outside the premises and hoses run in to the "business end".

We also carry out commercial work in offices and residential nursing homes and for estate and letting agencies, but solely in our specialist field of carpet and upholstery cleaning.

The use of the highest quality equipment and chemicals, combined with over twenty five years experience, provide a very effective cleaning technique ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.

• Areas covered

The business is based in North London, with easy access to the M25, North Circular Road and main routes in to London.

We also serve surrounding areas in Hertfordshire and Essex.

• Pricing

All work is priced on an individual basis depending on size and complexity. There is a minimum charge, which is currently £40, but estimates are generally given free of charge, and our prices are not liable to VAT.
